Ron Ozer, born in New York, had a stellar academic career that prepared him for the corporate world. He was the valedictorian of his class in Tenafly HIgh School and spent college at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2008, Ron Ozer graduated from the MIT after finishing his major in Mathematics and minor in Economics in three years. He was also a Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society Member. He then went back to New York and worked for global financial firms D.E. Shaw & Co. and Citadel focusing mainly on trading natural gas.
